Newcomb Foreign Affairs Roundtable

 

Newcomb Foreign Affairs Roundtable is an educational, nonpartisan, and nongovernmental group of citizens based in and around Newcomb, NY who are interested in foreign affairs and expanding their horizons.  Participants attend and comment on presentations by local/regional speakers who address major issues in foreign affairs and U.S. foreign policy; matters of war and peace; countries, regions, and cultures of the world; international organizations, law, and commerce; global challenges such as climate change and wildlife habitat; international travel and life abroad; and the Adirondack Park in global context.

Five roundtables are scheduled each year from June to October at the scenic Lake Harris Lodge on Mondays at 6:45 pm. Optionable dinner with speaker and friends offered at 5:30 pm. See Events section for the schedule of roundtables by topic and speaker for the season.
